Where can I buy the old Disney Channel movie Horse Sense?

I really want to buy this for my sister for Christmas because it was our favorite when we were little, but I can't find it anywhere. I'm willing to buy it online or at a store so does anyone know where I can find it. Or can anyone tell me where to find Brink (also an old Disney Channel movie)?
