What do you send in a platonic care package?

I would like to send a care package to my special guy friend. He is extremely important to me (we were engaged for a time) but we have a platonic relationship now. He does have a new girlfriend and I don't want to step on her toes, but he is far away now, and asked if I would send him some things he left here. So I want to add to the box (I'm sending him his guitar) but I don't know what. HELP!
