What should I definitely do in NYC?

I'm going to New York for four days. Spending all my time there in Manhattan and plan to deffo see - World Trade Center site, Ellis Island, Central Park, Empire State Building, the Metropolitan Museum and the Natural History Museum. Just wondering what else must dos people think I can fit in the four days I have there
