I need a part for a 39 foot extension ladder for an ariel truck?

I need a cleat for an aluminum 39 ft extension ladder. I do not know who the manufacturer is and I figured that a 39 foot extension ladder is rare so if anyone knows who makes such a ladder let me know. thanks. This is for a fire department.
