Help with my name on Facebook?

So my friend posted her status as "Whats up with people and fake names?" So I decided as a joke to change my name on facebook to Leonardo DeCrapio and commented "What do you mean?" Then when I tried to change it back to my real name I got an Error Message saying "Sorry, you've changed your name too many times." It gave me options for giving a Maiden name but that's no help. I need to know if its possible to change my name back or if Facebook just meant I changed my name too many times in one time period. I just need to know how to change it back now.
