Help figuring out a date (this has to do with math)?

we do videos,we have a countdown in the video, it was uploaded at 5 PM on March. 1, 2011, the countdown starts at 2178 hours, 0 mins, and 0 secs, if i wanted to resume the countdown at 5 pm on march 24 where would the countdown start?
