Can this be true? Can this computer be so cheap?

hi bob, sure it can but let's put it like you did a difference in money exchange like canada their money is less than american money or like mexico per peco and then you have to look at what you are buying a less gig motherboard or cheaper hard drive or even the age. but please take some serous advice make sure it is working very well cause people that seels used computers is selling you junk better to pay a little bit more with the security that you are buying a quality computer. even a refurbished is better than buying from e-bay. good luck hope i was helpful to you
